The privacy, confidence, and trust of individuals who visit Petroleum Traders Corporation's Account Portal (the "Account Portal" ) are important to us. No personal information is collected through the Account Portal unless it is provided voluntarily by an individual while participating in an activity that asks for the information. Petroleum Traders Corporation collects certain data about all visitors to the Account Portal, including

  • Details of your visits to the Account Portal, including location data, logs, and other communication data and the documents and resources that you access and use on the Account Portal; and
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

Use of Information

Petroleum Traders Corporation does not sell your personal information. Petroleum Traders Corporation uses the collected information to respond appropriately to requests and complete transactions. This information may be to respond directly to you or to improve the Account Portal. E-mail or other information requests sent to Petroleum Traders Corporation may be retained for future use by Petroleum Traders Corporation.

By using the Account Portal, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

Under 13 / children

Petroleum Traders Corporation will not knowingly collect information about persons under the age of 13 without prior parental consent. If you are under the age of 13 you must ask a parent or guardian for help.


Retention

Petroleum Traders Corporation may retain your personal information for the length of time appropriate to our business relationship with you. A parent or legal guardian may exercise these rights on behalf of a child for whom the requestor has legal responsibility.
